Background and Definitions

5. Place of treatment

Your personal data may also be transferred abroad and specifically to APB's head office in Valencia (Spain).
6. Period of retention
Your personal data is processed for the period necessary for the purposes for
which it was collected, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and for
the duration of any period necessary to establish, exercise or defend any rights.
In order to determine the most appropriate retention periods for your personal
data, we have given special consideration to the amount, nature and sensitivity
of the personal data, the reasons why we have collected it, the service you
expect and applicable legal requirements. In particular, potential customers'
data is stored for three years from the last action and then deleted or archived
to comply with legal retention obligations; regarding customers: data is
retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to ten years, after
which it is deleted or retained to comply with legal retention obligations;
regarding cookies used on Digital Platforms: they are retained for a maximum of
13 months from the time they are installed on your device.

The purpose for which your data will be processed by APB is exclusively that of
being able to provide the services you have requested by filling in the relevant
form on our website.
